Shipping FAQS

Shipping is processed Monday-Friday. All orders placed after Friday will go out the following Monday.
Shipments are sent thru USPS and other carriers varying by size and weight. Tracking numbers are sent by phone and email whichever is provided if not both.
Please, if you have any questions about your order contact me prior to any third party so that we may resolve any issues.

Every package is packed by hand and with love. Every shipment is customized in one way or another.

| returns |

I have a 7 day return policy. Anything outside of the 7 days will no longer be returnable. Returns are only accepted if the work arrives damaged.
You may only return: original canvases and sculptures only.
The collector is responsible for return shipments.

| refunds

Refunds are only rewarded to approved returns. Refunds does not include shipping, taxes or specialty charges. Your refund is credited directly in relations to the listed value of the purchased item(s).

Please be aware that other charges may apply aside of the shipping cost for your desired piece. Collector is responsible for all tariffs and custom fees. All Refund and Return terms still apply.

Please be aware that color may not match what is shown on screen. If possible you may visit to see the work in person before purchase, but no refund will be offered due to: change of heart, error in color, wrong size for your space.
